Let Only Service
If you are a landlord who is happy to manage your properties yourselves, then this is the option for you. Our Let Only service includes all aspects of marketing, accompanied viewings by one of our negotiators, all paperwork carried out with prospective tenants including referencing and contracts. We will also inform all utility companies and the council tax department upon your new tenants entering the property. We do all the leg work for you and hand over the completed file at the end!

Residential Sales
Our specific sales team are experts in all aspects of buying and selling your home. Our sales service includes initial complimentary valuation, full marketing, accompanied viewings with one of our sales team, advice and assistance all the way to completion.

HMO and EPC
Here at Ash Residential Ltd we can answer any questions you may have regarding HMO’s and EPC’s. We can arrange for your property to be surveyed and issued with an EPC certificate as well as advise you on all up to date information regarding the current HMO laws and will constantly update you as and when they change.
